On behalf of the St. Michael's Mutual Club, I want to thank everyone who attended our 79th Celebration for your support and generosity. To give a little background information, all of the porkette, ground meat, and other items sold are purchased locally to our exact specifications. The produce is grown locally and all of the food served out of our kitchen is cooked and prepared by members and volunteers weeks leading up to the Celebration. Many members devote countless hours and dedicate their time to make the Celebration the best that it can be. We take great pride in what we serve to the public. Regretfully, we only have so much space to cook and refrigerate our products. We can only order so many rolls each day; this is not an excuse, just a fact. On Thursday and Friday the ticket lines were longer than we expected. We worked hard to rectify this issue for Saturday resulting in a wait time of 8-10 minutes. We appreciate your feedback and we continue to work hard to better serve you the people who support our Club.
